Studio 206 is versatile and ideal for a wide range of photographic and videographic needs including portraits, fashion shoots, small-scale product photography, small-scale video productions, and more. Our studio is equipped with professional lighting, various backdrop options, and modern amenities to cater to both amateur and professional creatives.

Our standard operating hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday and 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM onSunday . Extended hours or early access can be arranged upon request and subject to additional fees.

You can book the studio through our online booking system available on our website. Select your preferred date and time, fill in the required details, and submit your booking. Confirmation and studio access information will be sent to your email upon successful booking.

The studio rental includes access to all photography/videography amenities such as professional lighting, a variety of seamless paper backdrops, a Bluetooth audio system, a makeup station, changing room, lounge area, and free Wi-Fi.

Additional fees apply for extended hours, extensive cleaning if the studio is left in poor condition, and late arrival and/or late departure. A detailed breakdown of additional fees is available here.

Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked session are fully refundable. Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the session start time are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session start time are non-refundable. For more information please see full policy here.

We currently are not providing in-person showings of the space in advance. However, we’ve created this video walkthrough for your convenience.

Studio 206 is generally a self-service space, but assistant services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Please specify if you need this service at the time of booking.

Yes, there is ample parking available for clients right outside the studio. This includes spaces for loading and unloading equipment. Please see the parking diagram here.

Light snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed in the lounge area of the studio. We request that you do not consume food or drinks near the equipment or backdrops to avoid spills and damage.
